Everything you need to know about the Local Online Presence Enhancement Package.
Package & Pricing
Everything you need for a dominant online presence: a custom, mobile-first Next.js website with up to 5 service area pages, 10 core service pages, 50 location-based service pages, and 50 professionally structured blog posts, 115+ pages total. Plus the work that helps Google and AI assistants understand and recommend your business, submission to Google and Bing so they know the site exists, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel so you can see what visitors do, a lead capture system with an admin panel, and hidden labels on every page that spell out your services, area and hours for search engines to read. There are no hidden fees and no monthly retainer required.
No. The $1,497 is a one-time investment that covers everything. After launch, optional care plans are available: managed hosting for $47 per month, hosting plus edits as needed for $97 per month, or Full Care for $147 per month with monthly reporting and monthly optimizations. You can also deploy to your own hosting provider like Vercel or any platform that supports custom Next.js websites.
There are three care plans. Hosting is $47 per month for fast, secure managed hosting with SSL, backups, and updates. Hosting + Edits is $97 per month and adds content and site edits as needed. Full Care is $147 per month and adds a monthly report on how the site is performing, plus ongoing work to keep you showing up in search and to turn more visitors into leads. Alternatively, you can deploy to your own hosting provider such as Vercel or any platform that supports custom Next.js websites. Platforms like Squarespace, Wix, or other template-based builders are not compatible with this type of custom build.
Yes. You can pay the full $1,497 upfront, or we offer a payment plan of 3 payments of $549. Work begins after the first payment is received.
We include a review and revision period before launch. After launch, minor text and content updates can be made through the admin panel. For more significant changes, we offer affordable maintenance plans, or you can request one-time updates.
Website
Next.js is a modern web framework used by companies like Netflix, Nike, and TikTok. Compared to WordPress, Next.js websites load significantly faster (nearly instantly), are easier for Google to read and understand, are more secure (no plugins to hack), and provide a smoother experience for visitors. Faster sites rank higher on Google and convert more visitors into customers.
Absolutely. Every website we build is designed for a phone first, then scaled up to tablets and desktops. Most people looking for a local business are on their phone, often standing in front of the problem they need fixed, so the phone is the version that has to be right.
Our Next.js websites typically load in under a second. For comparison, the average small business website takes 4-6 seconds to load. Google has confirmed that site speed is a ranking factor, so this speed advantage directly impacts your search visibility.
Yes. Blog posts are managed through a simple content system, and the admin panel lets you view and manage leads. For text changes on the main pages, we can provide access or handle updates for you.
We'll rebuild it from scratch. Your current site is likely slow, not optimized for modern search engines, and not generating leads effectively. We'll migrate any valuable content and create something that actually performs. Think of it as upgrading from a bicycle to a sports car.
Getting Found in Search
It is the work that helps your business come up when someone nearby searches for what you do. Somebody types 'plumber near me' or 'best HVAC company in your town', and Google has to work out which local businesses to show. That work is making it unmistakable to Google what you do, where you do it, and why you are worth showing. For a business that only sells to people within driving distance, it is most of the job.
AEO stands for Answer Engine Optimization. It's the process of structuring your content so AI-powered search tools like ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Siri, and Alexa can easily understand and recommend your business. We implement FAQ schema, structured data, and clear, concise answers throughout your site so your business becomes the answer to customer questions.
No one can honestly promise a date, and anyone who gives you one is guessing. What we can tell you is how it usually goes: your pages are submitted to Google at launch, the less competitive searches move first, and the broad ones take longest because every competitor is chasing them too. The 50 blog posts help because they give your site something to be found for straight away. Unlike paid ads, none of this stops working the day you stop paying.
Our SEO setup includes a Google Business Profile optimization guide and on-site local signals that help Google understand where you serve. While we can't guarantee specific rankings (no honest agency can), a strong on-site foundation is one of the most important factors for Maps visibility.
Yes. This is what we call AEO (Answer Engine Optimization). We implement structured data, FAQ schema, and clear, concise content formatting that helps AI search platforms understand and recommend your business. As more consumers use AI to find local services, this optimization becomes increasingly valuable.
Our focus is building the strongest possible on-site foundation: your website, its content, technical SEO, and search engine submissions. We do not manage off-site efforts like backlink building, citation management, or social media. Many of our clients choose to handle those areas themselves or hire specialists. A strong on-site foundation makes every off-site effort more effective.
Blog & Content
Blog content is one of the most powerful tools for building search visibility and establishing authority in your industry. 50 posts gives your site immediate depth and topical authority: something that would take most businesses 1-2 years to build on their own. Each post targets specific keywords your customers are searching for and links back to your service pages.
Our content team writes all 50 blog posts. Every post is written in clear, simple language (7th-8th grade reading level) specifically for your industry and target market. No generic, AI-generated fluff: each post is crafted to be genuinely helpful and optimized for search.
Yes. We customize blog topics based on your industry, services, and target market. A plumbing company's blog will cover different topics than a dental practice's blog. Each post is written to attract the specific type of customer you want.
Blog posts drive organic traffic to your site by ranking for keywords your potential customers are searching. They also build trust: when a customer reads a helpful article on your site before calling you, they're already pre-sold on your expertise. Our posts include strategic calls-to-action that guide readers toward contacting you.
Absolutely. While we have a proven framework of topics that drive results for local service businesses, we welcome your input. If there are specific questions your customers frequently ask or topics you want to cover, we'll incorporate them into your content plan.
Process & Timeline
Your complete website is delivered in one week or less from the time you submit the guided questionnaire.
You'll complete a guided questionnaire with details about your business, services, service areas, and preferred design style. You can upload your logo, brand assets, and any photos you want included. If you don't have professional photos, we'll use high-quality stock imagery.
You'll receive a private preview link where you can see your entire website before it goes live. We include a revision period where you can request changes. Nothing launches until you give the final approval.
After launch, your website is live and working for your business 24/7. Your blog content starts building authority and attracting traffic. Your lead capture system is active. You'll have access to your admin panel to manage leads. We're also available for questions and support.
Through a clean, easy-to-use admin panel at your website URL/admin. You can view all leads, filter by status, add notes, and export to CSV. You'll also receive instant email notifications whenever a new lead comes in.
Quality over quantity. Each project gets a full week of dedicated attention from our team, from design and development to writing the content and doing the work that gets the site found. By limiting our capacity to 6 clients per month, we ensure every website we deliver meets our standards and yours. If our current month is full, you can reserve a spot for the following month.
