The page is shown at phone width wherever you open it, so what you are reviewing is the layout your customers actually get, not the desktop one squeezed into a preview.
Send it as a link
Share the finished review with one link. Whoever opens it does not need an account, and links can be revoked the moment the work is done.

A review is only useful if it can be worked from. Every markup carries the element it belongs to, the page it is on, and what you asked for.
